Just under $600k raised for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Virginia Chapter!
As you guys know, I am a BIG supporter of the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Virginia Chapter and I was SO proud and happy to see that collectively we raised almost $600k this year!
That's amazing!
Every year that number keeps getting bigger and bigger which brings us one step closer to eradicating this disease that affects so many families all over the country. Hearing the stories of the people who have been impacted by this makes me realize how strong we can all be when we need to. Not to surrender to the disease but instead fight to survive, it's not something you can do alone. You could see a sense of unity and compassion from all of the attendees who all had really inspiring stories to share either from their personal experiences or from loved ones.
Glad I got to be a part of such an amazing night and I look forward to being part of many more!
